MIQUIS, a rested mezcal, is crafted through ancestral methods beginning with the slow-roasting of agave hearts in traditional underground ovens, where natural sugars are brought to life. The cooked agave is then crushed using a tahona — a massive stone wheel pulled by an animal — preserving authenticity in every step. Fermented and distilled in copper stills, the result is a spirit rich in smoky, fruity, earthy, and floral notes that reflect the soul of Oaxaca and the purity of 100% Espadín agave.
